 Emerence was a fabulous and unsurpassed cooker, coupled with a generous and inventive grocer. She knew how to cook kougelhopf and foie gras as nobody. She also knew how to make angels with chocolate bar papers in order to decorate the window of the family grocery store, on the occasion of Christmas. The Emerence b&b guest room is a tribute to Paul's grandmother but also to all the grandmothers who often help busy mothers and provide basic values to young children who are nowadays soo grateful.
